Apricot dessert vegan, gluten & sugar free!
Once in a while we need a sweet treat.
To create this creamy sweet dessert you need:
For the dough:
puffed amaranth, grounded almonds, peanut butter, agave syrup (press it into the shape you like).
For the apricot gelee (left):
apricots, agar agar (puree the fruits, cook the sauce slowly that it looses fluid, add agar agar).
For the big tower at the left side:
dough & apricot gelee & merengue mix (NOT VEGAN! Whip egg white and sugar equal amount until its stiff, pipe it on top and heat it gently with a flambé burner)
For the small tower at the right side:
dough & apricot gelee & soy yoghurt, dehydrated jackfruit (or other fruits)
For the decoration and toppings:
some slices of apricot (flower), pure vanilla powder, roasted chopped hazelnuts.
